Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) Client Services Coordinator - In Home Care Seniors Community Care Location: Somerville, Vic Remuneration: $72,000 plus superannuation Employment Type: Full-time Duration: Continuing appointment Seniors Community Care is a longstanding community-based organisation with a vision for community care that supports the aged, frail and disabled people living within their community and supported by services to maintain their independence. Seniors Community Care is owned by St John Ambulance (Vic) who has been saving lives and delivering care and compassion throughout Victoria for 140 years. Our volunteers and our staff are the lifeblood of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator to ensure care providers are scheduled to meet clients' in home care needs. The Opportunity The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for the rostering and scheduling through allocating care works and maintaining databases to ensure clients' needs are met in a safe, efficient and effective manner. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about aged care and the delivery of high-quality customer care. Key Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact for clients, carers, care managers, and referral organisations. Liaise with care coordinators and care managers from other organisations in a professional manner. Coordinate services ensuring needs are met, through clear communication of tasks, times, and requirements. Fill vacancies as they arise maintaining continuity of care. Database management including updating systems and roster changes. Your experience Aged care industry experience preferably in administration or rostering/scheduling. Strong administration skills. Time management skills and attention to detail. Experience within the home care package environment would be highly regarded.
