Demand Planning Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating a formalized demand planning process and SOPs
  • Ensure accurate forecasting 12 months out through weekly meetings to discuss these monthly forecasts
  • Manage a team of demand planners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance and supply chain to ensure the forecast is aligned with business performance
  • Influence and interact with C-Suite and other senior leadership on a weekly basis

Demand Planning Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of supply chain planning experience, demand planning preferred
  • 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Ability to interact with senior executive leadership
  • Ability to interact and forecast across multiple business units
