We have an immediate opening for a Marketing and Campaign Coordinator in our Overland Park, KS office. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Campaign Coordinator to support and manage our comprehensive marketing initiatives. This role expands beyond traditional coordinator duties, incorporating the execution of agency-wide award submissions, lead development campaigns, and sophisticated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead Development Campaigns
  • Support the development and management of lead generation strategies, including marketing campaigns, conferences, and direct outreach initiatives.
  • Utilize Salesforce Account Engagement to funnel leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Assist in analyzing and reporting on lead development campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Assist in designing, deploying, and managing marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and targeted campaigns using Salesforce's Account Engagement.
  • Coordinate with the rest of the Marketing team and agency resources to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Thought Leadership and Industry Communications
  • Support the Growth team leadership in developing and managing thought leadership content and industry communications.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of industry events and speaking engagements.
Marketing Platforms and Processes
  • Maintain and support global marketing platforms and processes across North America and EMEA offices.
  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of content on the agency website.
Award Submissions
  • Manage and oversee the entire award submission process for the agency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely submissions.
  • Track and report on the outcomes of submissions to continuously improve the process.
Marketing Assets
  • Assist in the development of marketing assets including but not limited to social media posts, sales decks, web content, case studies and presentations.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 year experience in marketing, project management or applicable experience. Agency experience preferred but not required
  • Four year college degree preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Suite; working knowledge of Notion, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and other marketing automation tools is a plus
