Specific Duties Include: Analyze monthly financial statements and present financial results to supervisor and various levels within the company. Perform account reconciliations/reviews. Develop/calculate significant, complex accounting estimates. Calculate bonuses and profit-sharing estimates based on personnel compensation plans. Assist in the monthly and yearly closing processes. Responsible for recording and reviewing recurring journal entries. Assist in the preparation and execution of the companies’ compliance and regulatory audits. Identify and report accounting-related issues to appropriate management. Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of financial information. Exemplify teamwork and camaraderie. Work with department managers and other enterprise personnel on a daily basis providing accounting support. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook. Conduct self in the presence of customers and community to present a professional image of Moore Holding Company. Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set. Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including huddles, department meetings, and other related efforts. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting 2+ years of work-related experience General knowledge of accounting principles Strong analytical skills Excellent problem-solving skills Team player Strong verbal and written communication skills Up to 10% travel Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
