Your role will be pivotal in driving pipeline and revenue growth. , you'll get to:
Strategy:
Develop global and regional email nurture strategy to fuel pipeline and revenue growth, aligned to integrated campaigns framework, buyer's journey and ABM strategyExecution : Take ownership of all email campaigns execution via Marketo, identify A/B testing opportunities to optimize conversion rates, utilize customer data to personalize email campaigns. Manage and roll out Outreach emails and campaign blitzes for the SDR team, working with Field Marketing and Product Marketing on planning and execution.Messaging:
Craft compelling copy across email (nurture and sales outbound) and landing pages in collaboration with marketing, sales, product marketing and content teams.Creative:
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling email content, graphics, and templates that align with our brand and messaging.Audience:
Identify and manage target email audience, prioritize email calendar and maintain email database healthStakeholders : Collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team to integrate email nurture into the Go-To-Market strategy for ABM Vertical/ Enterprise accountsAnalytics : Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading metrics, build reports, conduct analysis to assess and communicate performance identifying areas for improvement. Monitor SDR Outreach sequences adoption and ensure email content offer is up to date.Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and pilot new tactics to maximize the impact and achieve business objectivesEmail Compliance Management : Maintain email marketing compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and uphold best practices for data privacy and securityYou'll be a good fit if you have:8+ years of experience in email marketing in the B2B SaaS spaceAbility to work strategically and tactically on email nurturesCourage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program typesExperience using data and metrics to develop strategy and drive program improvementsAbility to collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders and other marketing teams effectively.Well-organized, project management-oriented with great attention to detailProficient in Marketo, Salesforce and email outreach tools like OutreachStrong email copywriting skills with an ability to tailor messages to different audiencesThis role will be based in Chicago, Illinois and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
