Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive, best-in-class retention strategy with a primary focus on email marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and nurture existing customers. Manage a team of multiple direct reports Develop a testing framework and oversee implementation for our email communications to ensure continuous optimization Assist in the development of email lifecycle strategy and create the vision for future email programs Understand our prospect and customer database, identify gaps and opportunities to increase conversion through personalization within the email channel Develop segmentation strategies and maintain customer database health, integrity, and performance Ability to produce creative strategy across the prospect and customer lifecycle Partner closely with cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications and our agency partners Supervise and analyze channel performance, conduct A/B testing Leverage Performance Data to drive decision making Provide recommendations based on trends and insights to Marketing, Product, and Design teams Formulate strategies to grow our email database and engagement
