As an Email Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving successful email campaigns for our B2B audience. You’ll oversee the deployment, segmentation, and optimization of email marketing solicitations. Your expertise in Martech, project management, and email workflows will be essential in achieving our goals. Additionally, your passion for TCG gaming will be a unique asset in this role. Responsibilities: Email Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Create and manage email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization. Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly.

List Health and Segmentation: Maintain the health of our email lists by managing opt-ins, opt-outs, and list hygiene. Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.

Workflow Management: Build and maintain automated email workflows (drip campaigns, welcome series, reengagement flows). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to create compelling email content.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms). Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and analytics.

Measurement and Optimization: Analyze email performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to increase open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement. Continuously optimize email content and design.

Project Management: Coordinate email campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing calendars. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

TCG Gaming Interest: Leverage your knowledge or interest in TCG gaming (Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, Warhammer, and Tabletop Games) to create engaging email content for our audience.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B context. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends. Martech experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.). Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for TCG gaming (knowledge or interest).
