6+ month contract Hybrid to Chicago, IL *Must-Have Experience ** Salesforce Marketing Cloud (2+ years) Email Campaign Development Experience using SAS/SQL(2-5 years) Deep experience with email campaign development through Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Ad Studio and Contact Builder Experience with setup and measurement strategies for control groups - parameters, documentation, testing, etc. Description: Our Client is looking for a SQL Email Campaign developer to join their team. This person will report into the Director of the Marketing team and be responsible for the client-facing delivery, execution and automation of all email marketing campaigns for every line of business across the enterprise. The Email Campaign Developer will take on primary development of multiple automated customer journeys. The Marketing Analytics team has a mandate to enable and leverage customer data and insights to deliver meaningful impact to our Client's customers. As part of this, Marketing Automation has become a huge priority and focus. This is a hands-on role responsible for building NEW journeys and automations (in line with best practices) and optimizing existing Journeys. • Understanding of database marketing and CRM programs and procedures • Automate data flow between existing databases and Salesforce Marketing Cloud • SQL experience is an asset Additional Skills & Qualifications: Designed, developed and support automation of customer journeys for various lines of business in Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Built various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualization techniques. • Provided value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques. Selected, configured and implemented analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability. • Researched and applied continuous improvement in data visualization by identifying trends and patterns to transform raw data into actionable business insights. • Worked with different teams, management and stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions deployed in the organization. • Translated business needs to technical specifications and evaluates existing data visualization systems in order to improve them. • Developed data visualizations of "large" amounts of data that facilitate the intuitive presentation of data to decision makers. • Documented data flow, systems and processes to improve the design, implementation and management of business/group processes.
