Examples of specialized experience include performing technical work in support of management and/or program analysis functions which may have included identifying potential and actual problems and probable causes; researching specific issues; gathering pertinent statistics or information, reporting findings and recommending corrective action for the full scope of a program or function; monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating operations and interrelationships with other functions regarding workflow, work redundancy, or systemic problems; and utilizing database or spreadsheet software to enter, revise, manipulate, sort, calculate, store and retrieve data for use by others. Candidates must meet the typing proficiency and office automation skills, as well as the experience and/or education required for this position. Applicants must be a qualified typist with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (based on a 5-minute sample with three or fewer errors). Education For positions with an education requirement, or if you are qualifying for this position by substituting education or training for experience, submit a copy of your transcripts or equivalent.
