Community Schools Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Program Manager of Community Schools to join our team at Aspire Public Schools. This is a critical role that will play a key part in the development, implementation, and delivery of comprehensive community schools programming for our school sites.
Key Responsibilities- Community School Director Support: Provide professional development and coaching to Community School Directors, including planning and facilitating Communities of Practice and overseeing the Aspire Regional Community Schools Advisory Group.
- Compliance and Monitoring: Collaborate with Community School Directors to complete and progress monitor school site implementation plans, track programming progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
- Resource Mapping: Assist Community School Directors in identifying, cultivating, and formalizing partnerships with community-based organizations and government agencies to enrich the school environment and provide services for children and families.
- Support the region through a community schools inventory, engagement, delivery of PDs, and on-the-ground coaching and support to teachers, classified staff, and site leaders in the area of community schools.
- Analyze site-level data to identify region-wide goals and trends, and co-create region-wide action plans to address gaps and implement community schools practices that reflect data-supported best practices.
- Support and help develop systems for progress monitoring the effectiveness of community schools programming, including identifying regional and school progress monitoring systems, frequency, and tools to meet programming targets.
- Analyze site-level data to identify region-wide goals and trends.
- Dedicated to organization and region-wide R&D on community schools best practices.
- Collaborate with the Aspire-wide and region-wide teams to ensure alignment of community schools programming with org-wide initiatives and priorities.
- Expertise in community schools programming and structure.
- Knowledge of community schools systems and best practices.
- Knowledge of reporting and compliance-related requirements of community schools grants.
- Ability to coach others and improve their practice.
- Exceptional ability to bridge and enhance cooperative working relationships.
- Ability to manage projects, including development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ability to communicate proactively, effectively, and provide and act on feedback.
- Strong problem analysis and problem resolution skills using an inquiry framework.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to contribute to a team.
- Understands and applies an equity-centered lens in problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree required, with relevant degree and/or content expertise; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years as a teacher, school counselor (or related field), or school administrator, with demonstrated results in the designated content area.
