The ideal candidate will be our client's first point of contact, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position requires an outgoing personality; the front desk admin must be comfortable following procedures to achieve studio goals, including calling our extensive prospect list daily. If you prefer to avoid speaking on the phone or feel intimidated by performing outbound calling, this job is not suited for you. Compensation: $17 per hour Benefits: 7 paid company holidays per year Career growth opportunities Positive and supportive work environment Provided uniforms Part-time Schedule Monday - Friday 8:45 am - 1:45 pm Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to leads (up to 150 calls a day) Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking software Maintain accurate client records and manage client information with confidentiality Greet and check-in clients with a warm and professional demeanor Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage client inquiries promptly and courteously Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately Assist with client intake forms and ensure all documentation is completed properly Coordinate with stretch practitioners to ensure smooth client flow and appointment scheduling Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area Clean stretch tables when necessary Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management Support marketing and promotional efforts, including social media updates and client outreach Address client concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary Participate in a cleaning schedule (shared by all team members) Arrive before your scheduled shift to ensure prompt studio opening Qualifications Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Articulate and fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a wellness, fitness, or healthcare setting Self-motivated and driven work ethic Resourceful and proactive when issues arise Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Fast learner and highly skilled with computers and technology Prior experience with scheduling/booking software, such as Club Ready, is a bonus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Must be able to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds in weight, maneuver around confined spaces, type emails, answer phones, and perform other duties requested by management.
