Actively searches local, state, and federal procurement systems and grant listings for opportunities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BA/BFA in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Art or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of proposal-related experience preferably in the Architecture and Engineering industry. Experience working as a proposal or marketing assistant at an A/E/C firm Superior written and oral communication skills Ability to process information quickly and accurately, with organizational skills and heightened attention to detail Flexible and open to balancing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes Sensitivity to deadlines with a willingness to work necessary hours to meet them Expertise working with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Canva Expertise working with Microsoft Word styles, templates, tables, and pagination Experience using Adobe Acrobat Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Ability to work in SharePoint to coordinate multiple inputs on document while maintaining version integrity.
