If you have experience as a receptionist or in customer service, you may be interested in our position with MSPCA-Angell West in Waltham, MA as a Client Care Specialist .Our Client Care Specialist plays an integral role in managing the flow of information between our veterinary staff and clients.Duties include (but are not limited to) greeting and registering clients, handling check-ins/check-outs, receiving emergencies, processing patient admissions and discharges, checking out over the counter sales, managing incoming calls, handling referral paperwork and medical records, discussing financial requirements with clients, and driving a shuttle to our Boston location.We are looking for compassionate, positive, self-motivated and organized applicants who demonstrate excellent judgment, interpersonal skills and the willingness to work with our clients in a customer focused manner.
