About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns, and advocating on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the First PREMIER brand and services in a professional and courteous manner
  • Help clients achieve their goals by providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns
  • Advocate for clients by listening to their needs and concerns, and escalating issues as necessary
  • Field inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a fair and timely manner
  • Solve client needs and concerns by providing solutions that meet their expectations
Comprehensive Training

Shifts Available

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences. Our shifts include:

  • Full-time hours: Monday - Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Part-time hours: Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Various split shifts available upon request
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
