Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Dacotah Bank, you will operate under the supervision of the Market Retail Leader. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, with a deep understanding of Dacotah Bank's mission. Your primary duties will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients to align with the bank's goals. A thorough knowledge of Dacotah Bank's offerings is essential for enhancing Wallet Share by addressing customer requirements. Furthermore, as a CSR, you will manage teller drawer operations, comply with regulatory standards, and detect and prevent fraudulent activities. Engaging in cross-selling bank services, referring clients to Insurance and Trust services, and nurturing positive client interactions are vital components of this position. Additionally, you will have the chance to take part in various community initiatives organized by Dacotah Bank throughout the year.
