Assists with coordination of physician activities and services such as IS interfaces, educational meetings and other services.Relationship Building Consults with clinical team physicians and other leaders regularly to assist in developing practice growth goals; identify and assist in resolving practice management issues communicated by the community; identify specific services and resources the hospital can provide.Sales Information Provides information to Department, Clinic, and Office Managers to facilitate internal relationship support as it relates to tours, meetings, and conferences.Sales Presentations Coordinates meet and greet presentations with physicians to other providers. Makes face-to-face contacts and presentation to all current referring physicians and potential prospects introducing referral services, new products, and present service offerings.Data Management Utilizes contact management software when available for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.Sales Reporting Prepares reports for Administration and Leadership including contacts made, tactics achieved and follow-up, including a referral development report.Customer Satisfaction Assists in the referral development effort, supporting maintenance of customer satisfaction.Service Problem Awareness Communicates service problems to Administration and Service Line Director to resolve physician and systemic service delivery problems and recommends methods to improve and streamline services.Relationship Building Provides relationship building in order to optimize contacts and referrals. Develops goals and implement specific outreach, relationship building, and education plan targeted to community physicians within our service area.Territory Development Targets physicians in the assigned territory, for the purpose of presenting services and utilization. Conduct one-on-one interviews to currently referring, prospective and targeted physician on a scheduled basis.Physician Data Analysis Obtains, interprets, and analyzes physician information, such as utilization by a physician of hospital services and services of competing hospitals.Physician Profile & Referral Development Works with Hospital and FPN Administration to facilitate physician profiles, clinical service utilization, and profitable referral and revenue management. Communicate specific information on department and physician driven programmatic and research activity as it relates to community physician needs.Service Line Utilization Generates service line utilization with referrals for other product services as a result of outreach efforts. Be knowledgeable of trends in inpatient and outpatient volume by service line and in issues important to leadership and medical staff.Physician Profile Development Develops physician profiles to track marketing intelligence, referral desires and potential of referral relationship between the hospital and the prospective customer.Sales & Relationship Building Provides execution of sales and relationship building in order to optimize contacts and referrals with targeted customers.Post-Referral Client Management Coordination Coordinates post-referral client management including distribution of physician profile and clinical requirements, internal notification, client communications plan and coordination with service for delivery.QualificationsRequired Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing, Public Relations, Healthcare or related field.
