The Work You'll Do:

We are looking to immediately fill an open full time Compliance position. In this role, you would be responsible for assisting the Compliance department on a variety of regulatory and customer service related tasks. This position reports directly to the Compliance Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

Leverage subject matter expertise in United States federal and state beverage alcohol product compliance to execute daily activities. Comprehend, interpret, and communicate compliance regulations to clients. Evaluate product compliance requests for accuracy and readiness on behalf of clients. Prepare and file federal and state compliance applications to obtain required regulatory product approvals. Advise clients of product approvals and provide comprehensive guidance to resolve regulatory deficiencies if approval is denied. Demonstrate urgency when pursuing product compliance approvals Evaluate sample requests and marketing events to ensure client compliance. Resolve issues with products that fail internal purchase order compliance validation processes. Engage regularly with customer service teams and other departments to provide compliance solutions for interdepartmental client requests. Communicate with distributors and/or vendors to provide compliance information necessary to facilitate the sale of clients' products. Manage a high volume of communication via phone and email with clients and federal/state regulatory agencies. Learn and follow established task management policies and internal data management software processes. Prioritize and manage a wide variety of daily tasks. Deliver superior customer service to clients, customers, and stakeholders. Generate recurring reports to facilitate client visibility in their active markets.
What We Need From You:
2+ years within a legal/administrative or customer service-related industry. 2+ years of data entry experience. A passion for customer service. High level of attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organization and task management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using ShipCompliant is a plus. Experience using Asana is a plus. Experience within the Beverage Alcohol Industry is a tremendous plus but not required. Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
