Responsibilities include:
  • Working closely with the Service Managers and Advisors to ensure that work is documented, reported, and recorded promptly.
  • Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim
  • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
  • Communicate with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
  • Prepare, review, and process warranty claims
  • Follows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership
  • Schedule warranty appointments, and educates customers to set expectations.
  • Keep abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures.
Qualifications include:
  • Warranty experience a plus
  • Understanding of automotive technology and terminology
  • Luxury automotive brand experience a plus
  • CDK experience preferred
  • Strong typing and keying skills required
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to change with the industry
  • Valid driving license and clear driving record
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
