Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support the overall customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively listen to customer feedback and communicate insights to the team for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to resolve customer issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
