We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. We are seeking a talented and experienced recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent to drive our business forward and grow. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the recruitment process.

This position will reside in Fuss & O'Neill's headquarters office in Manchester, CT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers in identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in career fairs and other networking opportunities to promote Fuss & O'Neill as an employer of choice.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting required; previous A/E/C experience a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS or other HR software is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
