The Customer Insights team is focused on leveraging Worklytics data & metrics to tackle big customer questions and enabling data-informed thinking at the most senior levels of our customers’ organizations. We lead from the front on new use cases for data about how teams collaborate, and always put employees first in our recommendations. Tactically speaking, this team owns the delivery of bespoke consulting projects, manages strategic customer relationships, and advises customers on their use of Worklytics data in both ad hoc analyses and ongoing programs. On a typical day in this role, you will: Own project management & delivery for a handful of our most strategic and complex customers Present data-driven narratives to senior-level customer stakeholders in a live meeting setting Leverage SQL and other tools to convert proprietary data assets into actionable analyses for customers Deliver a high-quality work product that answers, “so what?” Advise on the appropriate methodologies for addressing customer questions Proactively recommend updates to our data schemas and metrics based on your experience working with customers Automate & scale processes and analyses where appropriate Continuously improve our and your work product so we can surprise and delight our customers About you

We’re a small, nimble team and look for people that share our values. To be successful as a Customer Insights Program Manager, you will need: 5+ years of experience in a data science, consulting, or comparable analytics role Customer-facing presentation experience, ideally with a VP+ level audience Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment Comfortability using SQL to generate insights for customers. Experience with scripting languages (Python, R, etc.) is a plus Data visualization skills and a strong perspective on data storytelling Proficiency in generating reports and presentation slides that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences Creative problem solver with a bias for action Ability to grow with us & desire to take on progressively more responsibility Statistics background a plus
