Job Description

As a Sr Program Manager on the Product Management (PdM) Business Management team, you will hold an important role supporting the success of our transformation by driving key communications and programs across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies, processes, and change management solutions that align with our business objectives and support our team's focus areas and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with and support the Product Leadership team to develop strategic recommendations across many essential areas: domain strategy (e.g., merchandise, marketing, supply chain), portfolio management, and product excellence.

A day in the life...

Communications: Drive and develop internal and external communications strategy, events, and initiatives for the Product Management Leadership team.

Work with PdM Leadership and key partners (e.g., HR and Finance) to develop and execute communication plans that will include a focus on strategic vision, product management process, and ways of working. Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic plans to effectively convey Product Management transformation objectives and initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., a new Product Playbook, Tool releases, and Product Management Training). Oversee internal communication and change management efforts to ensure that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational, domain, and company goals and objectives.

Leadership Effectiveness: Own and drive processes, including follow-through and related communications to enable successful organization leadership.

Assess current meetings and decision-making forums and provide recommendations for increasing effectiveness and the appropriate sequence/cadence. Identify and facilitate opportunities to create cross group collaboration and synergies. Ensure preparation for Product Management ceremonies and events are understood and happen in a coordinated way across teams, so that meetings are highly productive and follow-up/accountability measures are in place.

Strategy Development: Translate complex ideas and strategies into compelling and visually engaging presentations and storytelling artifacts to effectively communicate strategic objectives and other business critical concepts with stakeholders, partners, and teams.

Distill intricate concepts into clear and concise narratives, utilizing storytelling techniques to enhance understanding and engagement. Collaborate closely with PdM Leadership to understand their vision and goals and translate these insights into impactful visual presentations and artifacts. Ensure coherence and consistency in messaging across presentation materials, maintaining organization alignment and best practices.

A bachelor's degree. 10+ years of related experience (e.g., product mgmt., financial planning, project management, business process engineering in a technology-focused environment). Experience working at a leading management consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte) a plus.
