You are biased toward taking action with a high degree of judgement. You will be comfortable working with data to generate financial models and forecasts. The improvements you drive will have a material financial impact on OCI, a high level of visibility within the organization, and the impact of the work you do will be felt across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

* Launch and lead new process improvement, policies, and procedures that monitor and support operational and business objectives.
* Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
* Familiarity solving problems/efforts with visible and not-yet-visible risks, roadblocks, constraints, including many that conflict with each other.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into the data.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of audiences including senior business leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
* Influence teams to dedicate resources, and lead the effort (or finds appropriate owner)
* Ability to track problems to resolution quickly and with strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management.
