The Vehicle Exchange Specialist is responsible for helping to provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers upon arrival. Assisting with concierge and valet assistance when needed and educating customers about their options on exchanging or upgrading to a safer more reliable vehicle.

The Vehicle Exchange Specialist provides every service drive customer with options on selling or trading their vehicle either in person, with a flyer on the dash, via phone call, texting, or email. Making sure they are provided with a smooth transition to our sales department and service department where applicable.

This is a customer service role that requires good people skills, phone skills and the ability to communicate via text and email at a high level to set appointments.

This position offers potential annual earnings that could exceed $100,000.

General Job Information:

  • On Site | Full-time
General Duties Include:
  • Facilitates the purchase or trade of 20-30 vehicles a month following processes as required by the exchange programs minimum expectation of 20 cars a month.
  • Provide every service customer, both Customer Pay and Warranty, with a fair and accurate appraisal of their vehicle for trade or sale to the dealership.
  • Follow up on the phone or via internet with customers they could not meet with personally while here for service.
  • Enhances the customer experience on the drive and in the dealership.
