Position Summary

We are looking for skilled lube technicians to conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, perform oil changes, and manage tire services including rotations, replacements, and repairs. Additionally, we welcome aspiring lube technicians who wish to embark on a career in automotive service. Apprentice technicians will have the opportunity to attend technical training while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate an automotive hoist and lift vehicles without causing damage or injury
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate findings to the service advisor
  • Accurately change engine oil and replace oil filters
  • Replace engine air filters and cabin air filters as necessary
  • Lift and rotate tires on cars and light to medium-duty trucks
  • Mount and balance tires effectively
  • Collaborate with team members during the vehicle inspection process
  • Check and adjust tire pressure to manufacturer specifications
  • Repair or replace worn components as required
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools for various tasks
  • Employ a grease gun for lubrication of fittings
  • Replace fuel filters for both diesel and gasoline engines
  • Test batteries in gas and diesel vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and mechanical skills
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and service procedures
  • Experience with electronic diagnostic tools is beneficial
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • ASE Certification or Technical degree is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
