Position Summary:This role of a Client Relations Specialist is multifaceted, and combines client support, operational oversight, platform proficiency, and strategic partnership within a startup wealth management firm.Major Responsibilities:
Client Support and Account Management:
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective support to clients, ensuring their accounts are properly maintained and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate onboarding for new clients, handling necessary paperwork and facilitating smooth integration into the firm's systems.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, processes, and systems that support the firm's operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, productivity standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Leadership and strategy collaboration, this involves working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement workforce strategies that align with the firm's overall goals for growth and efficiency.
- Supervise tax management for portfolios within the Adhesion platform.
- Familiarity with SMAs (Separately Managed Accounts) and UMAs (Unified Managed Accounts) is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software, with the ability to create presentations, and documents that support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Experience using Addepar preferred, including report creation, portal management, and data integrity.
- Fluency in Fidelity's Wealthscape Platform: Expertise in using Fidelity's Wealthscape platform is preferred, particularly in utilizing the Integrated Cashiering feature to efficiently support clients' cash flow needs.
- Prior experience with dual custodial platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and leadership.
- Proven ability to foster relationships, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: A track record of anticipating challenges, finding creative solutions, and proactively taking action to resolve issues before they escalate.
- BPPW is a start-up, flexibility and an ability to adjust quickly to changes in priorities, processes, or work environments. Comfortable with working in fast-paced, dynamic settings where agility is key.
- Strong service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure, focus on client satisfaction, and consistently deliver results with a positive, can-do attitude.
- This role requires a full-time, in-office commitment of 5 days per week.
