We are seeking a dedicated Scheduling Assistant to support our production scheduling team. The role involves assisting with the development, updating, and implementation of production schedules. This includes coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all necessary resources and materials are timely available for production. The ideal candidate will also monitor production progress, manage inventory levels, and facilitate effective communication across departments.

Work Environment

This position is based in a corporate and manufacturing facility located in Dublin, OH. The working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines. The role requires reliability and general responsibility for the safety of the work area. Safety glasses and proper footwear are mandatory in the manufacturing area.
