Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Day Shift

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM), 3 days per week

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Compensation: $21.94 per hour

Incentives: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Nursing Assistants play a vital role in supporting our nursing and therapy teams by assisting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and recording vital signs
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities
  • Responding promptly to call lights
  • Reporting any changes or progress in patient conditions
  • Reinforcing rehabilitation techniques as directed by the therapy team

Our Nursing Assistants are dedicated to encouraging and guiding patients through their recovery, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certification: BLS certification or completion within the first 90 days of employment
  • Experience: STNA/CNA certification or a minimum of 6 months experience in a hospital, nursing home, or skilled nursing environment
