We are seeking a Credit Assistant for our customer, County Materials Corporation, in Marathon, WI.

Monday- Friday; 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

$18.00- $25.00 based on experience

Job Duties:
  • Support Corporate Credit Manager by processing credit applications, providing information on customer accounts, setting up customer accounts, and assisting with customer account collection.
  • Provides on-going monthly reports.
  • Assists in the credit approval process.
  • Serves as point of contact for customers to assist with troubleshooting and resolving account balance issues.
  • Uses ERP system to extract reports, access data files, and maintain data.
  • Generate statements of invoices and payments related to specific customer accounts.
Work Environment:
  • Office working environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting frequently.
  • Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely
  • Standing / Walking / Climbing.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Advanced mathematical skills
