Job Description Job Description This job will be flexible in nature and require approximately 24 hours (3 days) of work per week. Ideally, these hours would include two days per week onsite in Norwalk, CT. Hours will likely vary from week to week, with some weeks requiring fewer hours of active work and (occasionally) weeks that require more effort due to onsite events or special projects. This role will work as part of a broader team and be responsible for making sure work tasks and projects are satisfactorily completed by the team.Job duties:Oversee ongoing maintenance/upkeep of residential and commercial properties. Example tasks could include:Ensuring housekeeping standards are being met by cleaning staff.Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks or special projects.Collecting mail and making sure bills or notifications are properly handled.Overseeing winterization/de-winterization tasks for properties and equipment.Monitor office supplies and equipment such that all necessary supplies are available.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective progress on various projects and initiatives. Communicate status and updates in a timely and proactive manner.Assist in maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document organization and retrieval.Coordinate occasional onsite meetings and events in partnership with Operations Manager.Desired skills and experienceAbility to be onsite at least 2 days per week in Norwalk, CTProactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and a positive attitudeExcellent communication and listening skillsDetail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyDemonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to proactively anticipate needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
