Must include technical writing experience with state plan amendments, waivers, program policy or similar documents and experience interpreting state and federal laws, rules and regulations. o Other combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis. o Experience with Medicaid or CHIP programs, rules and regulations are preferred. * * * *

Additional Information

This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.
