Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Orders: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Update Customer Information: Maintain accurate customer records and information.
  • Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
