Responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of target driven Sales, and Clinical Implementation professionals in order to achieve national sales targets. The National Sales Director will ensure that all sales related administration and customer contact is maintained to the highest level and that all business-related activities are conducted in a professional manner in line with Bruin Biometrics, LLC goals, visions, policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute national sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across various regions. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and key accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with business goals. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably at a national level. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. C and D suite experience. Medical device and/or IT sales / sales management experience specifically at the executive level in health systems.
