This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

We have an immediate opening for a dual role of Medical Assisting/Patient Service Rep to join our Waldorf office. The schedule is working Monday - Friday from 7 am - 4 pm and two weekends per year.

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities include:

  • Assists with theclinical care of fertility patients
  • Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
  • Provides pre and post op education
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
  • Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved
  • Support and promote excellence in customer service
What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:
  • High School diploma; Associates degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
