Midea America is a subsidiary of Midea with over 200 employees in the US and we are expanding our presence in North America.ResponsibilitiesHave basic understanding of RAC market, well know about RAC and LCAC products. Work closely with channel network, collect market information, analysis of products between Midea and other brands, and propose 3-year product planning and suggestions for product optimization and improvement for the Russia market based on market demandCooperate with BU and China team for channel expansion and customer development of Professional channel, and at the same time make market channel information into a channel map and share it with the China headquartersAssist BU to formulate and implement marketing plans suitable for the market, improve brand exposure and increase sell-out salesAssist BU in the management of purchase, sales and inventory, give early warning and assist in proposing solutions when the inventory level is not reasonableRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related fieldExperience, knowledge, and understanding of the Air Conditioner industry, OBM market segmentsHave good clients resources in HVAC industryGood understanding of geography of US, with US cultural backgroundExcellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skillsHighly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projectsRemote working with frequent domestic travel around the U.S.Midea America Corp. is an equal-opportunity employer.
