Duties/Responsibilities

Assists the Director of Finance with annual budget preparation, monthly financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. Assists the Director of Operations with electronic file retention and compliance. Performs account reconciliations, AP, and AR functions. Tracking, collection, and recording of revenues; monitoring daily receipts and bank activity and preparing reports for the executive team. Assist with special projects, process improvements, and various other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

Associate's degree in accounting or 3 years of accounting experience. Experience using QuickBooks Online. Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable production and tracking. Understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or related field.

Compensation And Benefits
