We're looking for a driven Digital Account Coordinator with experience in providing extraordinary customer service, knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads, content marketing, social media platforms (including: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and a willingness to learn new skills. As our agency continues to grow, you’ll have a unique opportunity to grow and help shape our team. You’ll be responsible for managing clients who run paid digital ads big and small, locally and nationally, for clients who have purchased our marketing services. This position is full-time and based in Gilbert, AZ and you must work from the office during regular business hours.

Your Typical Day

  • Heavy emphasis on supporting one of our largest national accounts
  • Drive continued relationships with our clients (Online meetings, phone calls and email)Client reporting
  • Create paid social campaigns and some organic socials
  • Assist in building new and optimizing existing Google and Facebook Ad accounts to drive clients results
  • Conduct periodic keyword research, technical and content audits and competitor analysis
  • Onboard new clients
  • Work closely with our internal departments (digital, sales, creative and account services)Create and manage written processes
  • Present new ideas and strategies to clients and Account Team
  • Manage workflow using our project management software
  • Assist other Account Team members in daily tasks as requested
  • Willingness to have fun


Job Responsibilities

  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives and work closely with them, alongside the Account Service and Digital teams, to ensure overall effectiveness and success
  • Present new ideas and strategies to clients, Digital and Account Teams
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns via report measurement tools and offer alternative solutions for ultimate results
  • Manage various digital marketing projects using tracking (workflow) software; carefully reviewing/proofing and confirming that changes to deliverables were completed as requested
  • Manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that consistency of the production process and that deadlines and internal budgets are met on time and on budget
  • Prepare for and present creative ideas and reporting metrics in client and internal meetings so that digital ad accounts can be managed efficiently
  • Proficient in best practices for digital ad accounts, including maintaining Google/Facebook certifications as required
  • Conduct periodic keyword research, technical and content audits and competitor analysis
  • Assist other team members in daily tasks as requested
  • Issue weekly status reports to clients as well as to internal team members
  • Help with conducting research on prospective clients, industries and issues as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments (account managers, creative teams, interns, and sales) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Present digital marketing services to potential new clients


Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or closely related discipline
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Excellent customer service; positive and professional attitude
  • Exhibits and entrepreneur mindset
  • Experience managing accounts in Google and Meta Ads
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with flawless spelling and grammar
  • Must be confident in researching and self-educating on various topics recognizing reputable sources
  • Exude a willingness to learn and jump into new marketing platforms and strategies
  • Highly organized and able to effectively handle multiple tasks, details and demands simultaneously
  • Willingness to support other account coordinators & managers, traffic, production and creative as the needs arise in real time
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability/willingness come in early or stay late, as the need arises
  • A positive attitude with the ability work hard and have fun at the same time
