Product Manager We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive excellence in our client's online store, ensuring seamless customer experiences and innovative offerings. As part of a dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to translate vision into reality, while championing the needs of our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities: Craft comprehensive PRDs and BRDs, meticulously documenting customer requirements and user journeys for carrier offerings. Oversee customer-facing eCommerce products, ensuring top-notch user interface and experience. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams including Engineering, Design, Copywriting, Legal, and more. Align team efforts towards strategic objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity. Navigate ambiguity with analytical prowess, evaluating various approaches to problem-solving and prioritizing customer-centric solutions. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-level organizations. Proficiency in generating requirements and effectively communicating them across diverse teams. Experience with mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon) and front-end design-focused products. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence leadership. Analytical mindset with a knack for risk assessment and decision-making. Experience working on product promotions/deals/offers etc. Additional Skills: Familiarity with Keynote for impactful presentations. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Day-to-Day Operations: Drive requirement generation and communication across cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering, soliciting feedback and iterating as needed. Conduct testing to ensure product integrity and performance. Provide timely updates on new launches and assess associated risks.
