Product Manager Job Description

Jabra is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our video devices and prioritize them for execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and tools, as well as exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
  • Develop a customer-centric roadmap for product evolution and prioritize features for execution.
  • Ensure transparency and clarity of product priorities and status across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and execution.
  • Develop front-end positioning and messaging for products to enable competitive market positioning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and bringing to market hardware devices, software, and experiences in B2B Video Conferencing or other Collaboration hardware and/or software solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of product life cycle process, engineering principles, and design constraints.
  • Proven ability to execute and influence to achieve desired outcomes in a matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen and big picture thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or a technical field, MBA preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:

The target annual base salary for this position is $140,000 to $196,000, with a 15% discretionary bonus possible. GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
