- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Demonstrated track record of creating and bringing to market hardware devices, software, and experiences in B2B Video Conferencing or other Collaboration hardware and/or software solutions.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of product life cycle process, engineering principles, and design constraints.
- Proven ability to execute and influence to achieve desired outcomes in a matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen and big picture thinking.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or a technical field, MBA preferred.
The target annual base salary for this position is $140,000 to $196,000, with a 15% discretionary bonus possible. GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
