At Apple, we're revolutionizing entire industries with innovative products and services. As a New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in launching products on time, with high quality, and maximum customer availability.
This is a leadership position that requires a dynamic, driven, and organized individual who excels in program/project management, communicates effectively at all levels, and thrives in an ambiguous environment. You'll lead the OEM operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps, drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and OEM teams, and plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget.
You'll also handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality, and cost, communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams, and influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to present to management, and technical expertise. You'll also need to travel up to 30-35% of the time. If you're a results-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,300 and $184,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
