Do you have great customer service experience? If you have previous call center experience, this could be the perfect role for you Randstad is seeking Customer Support Representative to join this growing team. Responsibilities

Handling 120+ inbound and outbound calls per day

"Warm" lead generation (Confirming customers' interest in their refinance or home mortgage application)

Assisting Home Mortgage Consultants

Validating customer information, gathering additional information and interest on products and services

The essential functions of this role include:
