We are seeking a motivated individual who can provide financial information about activities that will assist management and the board of directors in making education economic decisions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Includes but not limited to the following:
  • Work with CFO to prepare reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expense, and earnings.
  • In charge of company financial reports in relation to policy and procedures, report timing and accuracy.
  • Work with CFO to direct preparation of budgets, review budget proposals, and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justification.
  • Direct the company's balance sheet accounts during the year and at audit time.
  • Direct the company's tax audit with the CFO.
  • Work with the division controllers on the company's book audit.
  • Manage the compensation and performance evaluation process for the Accounting Department.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees within the accounting department.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid state motor vehicle license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
  • Five years of related experience.
  • Good computer skills.
