Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookeeper/Administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, including Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), Collections, Invoicing, and familiarity with QuickBooks. Experience in Permitting is a plus.

Tasks
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Handle collections and invoicing tasks efficiently
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and record-keeping
  • Assist with Permitting tasks, if applicable
  • Take inbound calls with a clear and professional voice
  • Work effectively within a small to midsize company environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office administration, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle inbound calls effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Benefits
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Starting pay of $20/hour.
  • Half of the employee's insurance paid after 90 days
  • 1 week of paid vacation after the first year
