The Spa Attendant greets clients and introduces the facilities and program components to individuals and groups. Furthermore, the attendant monitors the spa and fitness areas for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate. Qualifications: TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCEAbility to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 50 lbs. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Following daily checklist for Spa and Fitness Center. Keeping men’s/ladies spas and fitness center areas clean, orderly, and well stocked with necessary items. Answering the telephone identifying yourself, your department, and offering assistance. Taking appointments either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area. Greeting clients as they enter the Spa and Fitness Center. Providing clients with tours and information related to the Spa and Fitness Center and its features.
