Administrative Assistant/front Desk Coordinator

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Open new client accounts
- Process incoming client payments
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing and scanning documents, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
**Skills**:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Proficient in operating phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers and postage machines)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39.5 per week
