Anchor Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced UAS Assessment Registered Nurse to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will conduct comprehensive in-house assessments for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality care.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual Patient Development Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.

**Job Description**:
As a Bilingual Patient Representative, you will be an integral part of our patient outreach team, responsible for engaging with individuals to provide information about our services, answer inquiries, and assist in scheduling appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective patients with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage with individuals in a friendly and persuasive manner to explain the benefits of our services
- Listen actively to patients' needs and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and support
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address patient inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
