**Social Media Specialist**

**Location: Pompano Beach, FL in Medical Clinic**

**Hours**:40 per week**

**Work Location**:In person** (clinic and clinic events)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, SnapChat
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Required Skills**:

- Not Camera Shy
- Proficient in social media management tools and platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
- Experience in video editing and graphic design using Adobe Illustrator or similar software
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize social media content for search engines
- Familiarity with public relations principles and practices
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers
- Basic understanding of web analytics tools to track social media performance

Qualifications:

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Video/Photo Editing skills
- Valid driver's license for transportation to different locations
- Extreme comfort levels and proven track record of talking on Stories, IG Live, and creating/editing & posting social media content
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Ability to build rapport with team and clients
- High energy, passion and strong work ethic
- Creative Curiosity for the Beauty industry
