**MISSION**:
Utilize various data sets from multiple channels of the business to provide insights and trends in customer order patterns and product level analytics. Combine historical information and customer forecast data to develop forward looking recommendations for operations. Participate in the S&OP process and work cross-functionally to continually enhance the process.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for analyzing large amounts of raw data from internal and external sources and transforming it into recommendations through data analysis. Ability to work with large data sets to provide customer and business insights for Sales, Operations, and Finance users, and contributions to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Will be a key contributor to product level recommendations for demand planning, including seasonality and promotional program impacts for planning purposes. Partner with cross-functional leads to optimize inventory while meeting key business metrics including OTIF, CGU, and customer satisfaction.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and integrate data from multiple sources and identify trends to generate insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills to describe findings and analytical techniques used to a variety of audiences (technical and non-technical).
- Must be a data driven problem solver with good data intuition.

**EDUCATION/SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or analytics discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years' analytical experience in sales or operations; some level customer engagement.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel.
- Good time management and ability to work on complex projects utilizing large data sets.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Manufacturing environment experience a plus.
- Interest in leveraging technology for continuous improvement.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing large data sets to provide actionable recommendations for demand planning and budget/forecast efforts.
- Prepare customer and/or product specific analysis, including channel specific details, of historic trends and forward-looking expectations.
- Assist inside sales team in analyzing program-specific strategies and tactics to support business growth targets and key metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, customer experience, procurement/planning, operations and fulfillment teams for S&OP information and actions to support customer requirements.
- Collect customer forecast data, organize, and analyze the data to evaluate changes in demand by customer and by product.
- Support the strategic account planning process and identify customer opportunities. Identify and clearly define critical customer requirements and opportunities for service level improvement.
- Analyze trends in CRC sales and customer POS data to provide product line recommendations.
- Maintain professional/technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing networks, and remaining current on analytical tools available.
- Support competitive assessments and opportunity analysis by product/channel/geography.
- Coordinate with Sales Management to support current and future sales objectives.
- Support ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as needed.
