In the past year, we scaled our customer base 5x for a SaaS product with an events team of 1, even though a meaningful amount of our clients come from conferences. We’re now at a point where we are looking for a seasoned events leader who can join our team to supercharge events planning, logistics, and execution. This role will own trade shows, host conferences, and work directly with growth, sales, and customers.

**What you'll do**:

- Own event strategy, execution, and goals for internal and external events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, and customer events.
- Develop scalable playbooks and iterate on individual strategies, incorporating key learnings to increase lead generation efficiency and operational capacity.
- Vet and secure sponsorship, exhibiting and speaking opportunities while partnering with leadership and the wider GTM team to orchestrate an events calendar that helps meet our business goals.
- Plan and deliver premium events, including managing staffing needs, securing strategic booth/experience locations, and managing end-to-end logistics (swag procurement, materials handling, travel, and booking accommodations).
- Support the onsite team and manage communication with venue staff and vendors to ensure a smooth run-of-show.
- Oversee and streamline event operations, including audience data cleaning, lead tracking, building CRM pipelines, and budget reconciliation.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including creating project plans, conducting launch meetings, coordinating co-marketing opportunities, and reporting on performance.
