Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Upload and organize documents in our system

Support Transaction Coordinators with administrative tasks as needed

Manage social media platforms, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers

Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in a real estate or similar industry

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience with social media management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
